SPECIAL TREATMENT LICENCES
Notice is given that Goran Ibrahim has applied to the London Borough of Waftham Forest for a Special Treatment Licence for:

Hot Stones, Facials, Hammam (Sauna), Waxing, Body Massage Licence for the premises: Hair Affair Ltd, 5 Hall Lane, Chingford, London E4 8HH.

Anyone wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Services, Environmental Health & Trading Standards, Sycamore House, Waltham Forest Town Hall Complex, Forest Road, London E17 4JF within 21 days of publication specifying the grounds of opposition. Persons objecting to the grant of a licence must be prepared to attend in person before a Committee of the Council.
