An application has been made by Blanc Brasseries Ltd for a new Premises Licence for premises to be situated at the lawn area, cliff top opposite the Marriott Hotel, 99-107 St Michael’s Road, Bournemouth, BH2 5DU The application has been made to permit the supply of alcohol from a mobile bar facility between 10.00 and 22.00 on any day between 1st April and 31st October in any year with an additional 10 occasions subject to Police veto. Further information may be available at www.bournemouth.gov.uk Interested parties or responsible authorities can make representations to the Licensing Authority by 16th August 2017. All representations must be made in writing. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application.
