THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Windsor Hill, Wooburn Green in the Parish of Wooburn CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2017 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Windsor Hill outside gas valve compound. Alternative route: Broad Lane, Wash Hill, Wooburn Town, Town Lane, The Green and Windsor Hill. The closure is required whilst Thames Water works take place to repair avisible water leak commencing on 24 July 2017. The proposed Order will come into operation on 24 July 2017, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated: 21 July 2017
The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Benhams Lane, Fawley in the Parish of Fawley CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2017 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Benhams Lane from junction with Dobsons Lane. Alternative route: Benhams Lane, Marlow Road, Icehouse Lane, Crockmore Lane and Dobsons Lane. The closure is required whilst Thames Water works take place commencing on 31 July 2017. The proposed Order will come into operation on 31 July 2017, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Valley Road, Hughenden Valley in the Parish of Hughenden CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2017 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Valley Road from Cryers Hill Road roundabout to White Hill. Alternative route: Hughenden Road, Hughenden Avenue, Glenisters Road, Frogmoor, Arch Way, Oxford Road, Abbey Way, St Mary Street, Queen Victoria Road, Crendon Street, Amersham Hill, Amersham Road, Whielden Lane, Amersham Bypass, London Road, Deep Mill Lane, Windsor Lane, Heath End Road, Copes Road, Cockpit Road, Cockpit Close and Cryers Hill Road. The closure is required whilst surface dressing works take place commencing on 31 July 2017. The times of these works are yet to be confirmed but could consist of both days or night works. The proposed Order will come into operation on 31st July 2017, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Frieth Road, Marlow in the Parish of Great Marlow CP) (Temporary Prohibition ofThrough Traffic) Order, 2017 which willtemporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Frieth Road from junction of Bovingdon Green to junction with Marlow Common Road. Alternative route: Frieth Road, Moorend Common, Moor Common, Church Road, Finings Road, High Street, Marlow Road, Seymour Court Road, Seymour Plain, Berwick Road, Queens Road, Oxford Road and Chalkpit Lane. The closure is required whilst BT Openreach works take place commencing on 13 August 2017 between 0800 and 1600. The proposed Order will come into operation on 13th August 2017, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Notice is hereby given that on 11 July 2017 the County Council made THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (WYCOMBE DISTRICT) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2014 (AMENDMENT NO. 13) ORDER 2017 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order, which comes into operation on 17 July 2017 is to introduce and amend waiting restrictions in certain lengths ofroad in High Wycombe. Acopy ofthe Order and Plans showing the lengths ofroad affected, together with acopy ofthe Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at County Hall, Aylesbury and during normal opening hours at High Wycombe Library. Further details are also available on the Council web site. If you believe the Order is invalid because it does not comply with the legal requirements, you can apply to the High Court by 22 August 2017.
The Council has made the Buckinghamshire County Council Lacey Green Restricted Byway Number 23, (Temporary Restricted Byway Closure) Order 2017, under Section 14(1) ofthe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will temporarily prohibit any person on foot, on horseback, leading ahorse or on vehicles from proceeding, except for access, in Lacey Green Restricted Byway Number 23 from the junction with Moses Plat Lane (carriageway) in a northerly direction to the junction of Bridleway number 30 (Lacy Green) adistance of 610 metres. The closure is required in the interests of public safety whilst approved repairs and improvements to the surface of the restricted byway take place commencing on 21st July 2017, Alternative route: on existing carriageway and public rights of way network. The proposed Order will come into operation on 21st July 2017 as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months.
