Form new partition to rear bedroom.This proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building and affects the setting of a Conservation Area. 8/17/1748/FUL Avon Beach, Mudeford, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 4AN To raise the middle section of Avon Beach Promenade by 900mm over approximately 250m to improve flood and coastal erosion risk protection by joining the new retaining structure into existing raised defence’s at either end of the promenade. No change to its present mixed public usage. New surfacing and two bench seating areas.
