Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2017 (Variation No. 2) and (Variation No. 3) Order 2017

Notice is given of Swindon Borough Council’s intention to propose the above Orders under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is as follow:

Variation No 2 – (May Close and Firethorn Close) introduce ‘no waiting at any time’ along May Close and Firethorn Close. Variation No 3 – (Ashworth Road) introduce ‘no waiting at any time’ on Ashworth Road at the entrance of The Meads Business Park.

A copy of the Order documentation may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Swindon for 21 days and online at www.swindon.gov.uk/trafficregulationorders  Objections or representations to the proposed Orders should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (ZA/ VO2 or ZA/VO3) by no later than 4 August 2017.
