(Various Roads, Borough of Basildon) (Parking and Waiting) Amendment No. 71, Part 3 Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Part III &IVofSchedule9tothe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, previously advertised as The Essex County Council (Various Roads, Borough of Basildon) (Parking and Waiting) Amendment No. 71 Order 201*.

Effect of the order: To revoke the existing 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions to allow installation of a 'Disabled Badge Holders Only' bay on the following lengths of Spenders Close in the Borough of Basildon as specified:

Road Description
Spenders Close, NORTH EAST SIDE: From apoint 0.6metres Basildon south of the shared boundary of no's 34 & 36
Spenders Close ,southwards for 5metres. Length 5metres, width 2.5 metres. Map Tile: TQ715 897 Revision No. 4 to be replaced with Revision No. 5 This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Basildon District) (Parking and Waiting) Consolidation Order 2008 by substituting tile numbers TQ715 897 revision 4 to be replaced with revision 5.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 17 July 2017.

Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order,may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose. (Church Road, Ramsden Bellhouse) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Ramsden Bellhouse in the District of Basildon, from its junction with Orchard Avenue to its junction with Homestead road, for a distance of approximately 573m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th August 2017 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit(EP201EH2225007 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Church Road, London Road, Castledon Road, School Road, Downham Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 14th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Dated: 14/07/2017
