Essex County Council (Portland Crescent, Dovercourt) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Portland Crescent, Dovercourt in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Main Road to its junction with Portland Road, a distance of approximately 146m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21st August 2017 for 3days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2229252 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Portland Avenue, Mill Hill Main Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 28th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Oxford Road, Manningtree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Oxford Road, Manning tree in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Regent Street up to Norman Road, a distance of approximately 63m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th July 2017 for 36 days, or where stated on avalid permit (AD037SM53707675/1 -Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closureisrequired for the safety of the public and workforce while emergency excavation in carriageway to repair collapsed sewer and lining works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Norman Road, New Road, The Walls, High Street, South Street, York Street, Oxford Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 14th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Ship Hill, Bradfield &Brickmans Hill, Bradfield) (Temporary 40mph Speed Limit) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 40mph speed limit on Ship Hill, Bradfield & Brickmans Hill, Bradfield in the District of Tendring, from the junction with Ship Lane for a distance of approximately 600m in a westerly direction. The speed limit is scheduled to commence on 17th July 2017 for 519 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (EP20153033178 -Essex County Council) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The temporary speed limit is required for the safety of the public. The Order will come into effect on 14th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months, unless extended by the Secretary of State. Dated: 14/07/2017
