Darlington Borough Council intend notlessthansevendaysfrom the dateofthis notice to make an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended,the effectofwhich will be to close:

HOLLYHURSTROAD

From its junction with Woodland Road northwards to the north side of Witbank Road junction

From the north side of Witbank Road junction northwards to the southside of OrchardRoad junction

Only one section will be closed atatimeto allowaccessto thehospital. An alternative route will be signed viaWoodland Road, West Auckland Road,WillowRoadand vice versa. TheOrder is necessarytoallowroadsurfacing works. Themaximum duration of the temporary closure under this Order is 18 months commencing from 12th August 2017,itisanticipated that theclosure will be effectivefor 9days. Dated: 17th July2017 IWilliams
