OXFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF MAKING OF ORDER PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980,WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981
Souldern Footpath No.1 (part) Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2017
The Order, made on 22nd June 2017 if confirmed as made will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting 519m of Souldern Fp 1 that runs from Holtage Lane east of Lower Souldern Grounds at O.S. Grid Reference SP 5076 3066, westwards along the concrete farm track through the farmyard and westwards out of the yard along the track to the Souldern Viaduct at SP 5025 3067 to aline running for 537m from the same point on Holtage Lane at O.S. Grid Reference SP 5076 3066 westwards through fields to the north of the farm track and yard to below the Souldern Viaduct at SP 5025 3067 where it re-joins the existing footpath at the same point as shown on the Order map. Copies of the Order, the Order map and an explanatory statement maybe purchased from Oxfordshire County Council, DefinitiveMap & Commons, Speedwell House, Speedwell Street, Oxford, OX11 NE, at the price of £3.50 per Order.Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Senior Rights of Way Officer, Oxfordshire County Council, DefinitiveMap and Commons, Speedwell House,Speedwell Street, Oxford OX1 1NE, not later than 18th August 2017. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Oxfordshire  County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order. The County Council will consider all correspondence, objections and representations received in response to this consultation. They maybe disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public.
