Notice is hereby given that Gab Leisure Limited has applied to Basingstoke and Deane Council Licensing Authority for a variation of its Premises Licence pursuant to S.34 of die Licensing Act 2003 for Gala Club, Basingstoke Leisure Park, Wording Road, Basingstoke, RG22 SPGJhe application is for approval of an extension of the hours permitted for the provision of licensable activities on the premises to enable provision of recorded music on the premises between 00.-00 and 2359 Monday to Sunday and opening hours of the premis­es from 00.-00 to 2359 and provision of  Late Night Refreshment from 23.00 to 05:00 Monday to Sunday. A register of licensing applications is held by the Licensing Team and an be inspected during normal office hours at The Licensing Authority, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, civic offices, London Road, Basingstoke, RG2I 4AH details can also be found at www.basingstoke.gov.uk.

Any person who wishes to raise representation/sub­mit comments to this application may da so by giving notice in writing to the Licensing Authority at the address shown above, giving in detail grounds of representation/objection on or before 11 August 2017. It is an offence to know­ingly or recklessly make a false state­ment in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a per­son is liable on conviction for this offence is a fine not exceeding £5,000.
