Notice of application for Variation of Premises Licence. Amber Taverns Ltd is applying for variation of the Premises Licence in force for the Bridge Inn, 1 High Street, Spennymoor DL16 6AG. Namely to alter the structure of the premises in accordance with the plans submitted. To extend the commencement hour for the sale and consumption of alcohol and regulated entertainment each day from 10:00 and to extend the terminal hour for the same on Fridays and Saturdays until 01:00; to allow for none standad timings and to remove all the conditions consistant with the operating schedule to be replaced with the operating schedule of Amber Taverns.Any persons wishing to make representation in relation to this application may do so in writing by the11th day of January 2016 to Durham County Council, Licensing EHCP, PO Box 617, Durham DH1 9HZ (www.durham.gov.uk)It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, a person doing so may be liable to a fine on conviction of up to £5,000
