Application Number 2017/30813 Proposal: Full Planning - Change of use from Public Highway to outside seating area to the front and side of Hideaway Cafe (Part retrospective) Location: 1, Buttermarket Street, Bewsey and Whitecross, Warrington, WA1 2LY Applicant Mr Chle Chan, Real Foods Ltd.
The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal may affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Application Number 2017/30732 Proposal: Listed Building - Proposed recovering and repairs to pitched slated roofs and recovering flat felted roofs, replacement and repairs to roof lights and rainwater goods and lead work. Location: Lymm High Voluntary Controlled School, Oughtrington Lane, Lymm, Warrington, WA13 ORB Applicant: Gwynn Williams.
The Council has the above proposal under consideration and is required to give notice of it as required by Section 67 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as the proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building.
Application Number 2017/30792 Proposal: Listed Building - Listed Building application for Proposed development to the interior of the Walton Heritage Yard Building for Proposed change of use of the ground floor to be used as a retail space (Use ClassAl). Installation of a platform lift at the back of the cafe to enable access to the upstairs room. Remove a temporary structure that is built inside the room. Location: Walton Hall, Walton Hall Gardens, Walton Lea Road, Walton, Warrington, WA4 6SN Applicant: Mr Neil Simpson, Warrington Borough Council, Economic Growth & Regeneration.
