Notice is hereby given that I Peshbin Aziz have made an application on Friday 7th July 2017 to Bolton Council for a New Premise Licence at 304 Blackburn Road, Bolton, BL1 8DU for the following licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol (for consumption off the premises) and hours open to the public are Sunday to Saturday 08.00 – 00.00. A responsible authority or any other person may make representation which must be in writing about this application to the following address no later than: Friday 4th August 2017 to: Licensing Unit, Bolton Council, Ground Floor, Bolton Town Hall, Bolton, BL1 1RU. A record of my application is contained in the licensing register kept by Bolton Council which is available for inspection free of charge at the above address or at www.bolton.gov.uk between 09.00am and 16.00pm Monday to Friday. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence.
