THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE CYCLEWAY SITUATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF A5183 ELSTREE WAY, BOREHAMWOOD) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedal cyclists from using the cycleway situated on the north side of A5183 Elstree Way, Borehamwood from its junction with the access road leading to the 'Civic Offices' south westwards for adistance of approximately 29 metres ("the Cycleway"). Pedal Cyclists will need to dismount and use the adjacent footway. The Order is needed because electrical cabling works are proposed to be executed on or near the Cycleway.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 27 July 2017 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Cycleway.
Acopy of the Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and public holidays). THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF A5135 ROWLEY LANE, BOREHAMWOOD)
ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using thatlength of A5135 Rowley Lane, Borehamwood from its junction with A5135 Elstree Waysouth eastwards for adistance of approximately 20 metres ("the Road"). An alternative route will be via A5235 Elstree Way, ManorWay, Kenilworth Drive, Balmoral Drive and Newark Green. The Order is needed because the decommissioning and removal of existing telecoms masts are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 24 July 2017 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using thatlength of Kenilworth Close, Borehamwood from its junction with Kenilworth Drive north eastwards for adistance of approximately 55 metres ("the Road"), except for access. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works. The Order is needed because electrical service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 9August 2017 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However,the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS
IN MANOR WAY, BOREHAMWOOD) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14[1] of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using that length of Manor Way, Borehamwood from its junction with the Kenilworth Drive roundabout north westwards to its junction with Chester Road ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 320 metres. An alternative route will be via Kenilworth Drive, Balmoral Drive and Chester Road. ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at anytime on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 7August 2017 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However,the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.
