Notice is hereby given that we have applied to St Helens Council for Variation of a Premises Licence for the premises known as Blue Lion, 51 High Street, Newton Le Willows WA12 9SL Under the provisions of Licensing Act 2003. The proposed variation is: Internal Structural Alterations both at Ground and First Floor Elevations there will be no change to Licensable Hours and Activities The application can be inspected at the Licensing Unit, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1HF anytime Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. Any representations must be made in writing or email to the Licensing Manager, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1HF (or by email to generallicensing@sthelens.gov.uk ) By 9th August 2017 It is an offence to make a false statement in relation to an application, the maximum fine being £5,000.
