CONSOLIDATION (AMENDMENT NO. 3)(PART 1) ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council proposes made an Order under Sections 1,2,4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers on 18th July 2017. A copy of the Order and Statement of the Council's Reason for making the Order, together with a plan of the restricted areas, may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattra Building, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, during the usual office hours Monday to Friday.
Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 18th July 2017, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
