NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: Crown & Anchor, Spray Road to Manor Farm, Ham, Wiltshire, SN8 3RB

Take notice that an application is being made by: The Ham Pubco Limited and is applying to the Wiltshire Council for planning permission for:

Erection of building for 8 no. letting rooms (C1); with associated parking, turning and landscaping.
Refurbishment of existing public house; including internal/external alterations, and new paved terrace and seating area. Removal of existing garden sheds, and relocation of existing oil tank.

Any owner of the land wishing to make representations about this application should write to the Wiltshire Council, Development Management, Economic Development and Planning, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, BA14 8JN with in 21 days of this notice.
