Herefordshire Council Notice of Making

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as Highway Authority, intend under its relevant powers, to make the C1095 Grandstand Road, Hereford, HEREFORDSHIRE Temporary Closure Order 2017 to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles from the C1095 Grandstand Road, Hereford. Grid Ref: from 349814/241268 – 349772/241306. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via Grandstand Road, then on to Three Elms Road, then on to Yazor Road and vice versa. The said closure is required due to resurfacing works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 19 July 2017 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within one day.
