Disgwylir i'r Gorchymyn arfaethedig gychwyn ar ddydd Llun 24ain Gorffennaf 2017. Am gyfnod nid yn fwy na deunaw mis neu nes bod y gweithfeydd wedi eu cwblhau, p'un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Disgwylir i'r gwaith gael ei gwblhau
erbyn 18fed Awst 2017.
Bydd mynediad igerddwyr yn cael ei gynnal drwy gydol cyfnod ycau ond bydd yr Heol ar gau ibob traffig cerbydol, gan gynnwys ygwasanaethau brys.

Waterloo Oakdale Temporary Prohibition of Driving Order 2017
NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) has made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Waterloo, Oakdale. The proposed Order is expected to commence on Monday 24th July 2017. For a period not exceeding eighteen months or untilthe works have been completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works will be completed by 18th August 2017. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the duration of the closure but the Road will be closed to all vehicular traffic including emergency service vehicles. An alternative route is available via B4251 Yard Coal Rise, A4048 Sir howy Enterprise Way, Oakdale Terrace, Syr Dafydd Avenue and B4251 Parkway
The reason for making the Order is to allow for construction of traffic calming measures. The order is required by Caerphilly County Borough Council. Further information can be obtained from the contractor directly on 01495 235323 during normal office hours.
