Herefordshire Council Notice of Making

NOTICE is hereby giventhatHerefordshireCouncil, as highway authority, under its relevant powers, have made the U72419 Lower Bartestree Lane, Hereford, Temporary Closure Order 2017 to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the following road: U72419 Lower Bartestree Lane from Church House to Applewood Mill OS Grid Ref: 356714 / 240942. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the A438 onto Longworth Lane and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to gas main diversion works as necessary for a new property development and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place.
