I give notice that Grundon Waste Management Ltd, Estate Offices, Grange Lane,Beenham, Reading, Berkshire, RG7 5PY is applying to Oxfordshire County Council for the application to continue the development permitted by permission 13/01798/CM (for the relocation of offices, depot with vehicle workshop and overnight parking, an extension to the existing waste transfer building, and the development of a materials recovery facility with storage and processing facilities for recovered material and refuse derived fuel) without complying with conditions 1, 17, 26 and 29 in order to phase the development and to make  minor changes to the design. Submission of details for conditions 6, 7 and 10 to reflect amended design at Grundon Waste Management Ltd, Spital Farm, Thorpe Mead, Banbury, OX 16 4RZ.
