2)THE OXFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (OXFORD - ELECTRIC VEHICLE PARKING PLACES) ORDER 20**

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above orders under Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The order will further amend The Oxfordshire County Council (Oxford - Car Club Parking Places) Order 2010.

The effect of the proposal is to increase the number of permanent places for Car Club Parking Bays by adding the following locations:

*Bevington Road,Oxford Central Area - North side; from a point 19 metres east of Woodstock Road, eastwards for 5metres.

*St John Street,Oxford Central Area -Westside; from apoint 250 metres north of Beaumont Street, northwards for 5 metres.

*Worcester Place, Jericho - North side; from a point 30 metres west of Walton Street,westwards for 5metres.

*LeckfordRoad*, Walton Manor - South side; from a point 19 metres west of Woodstock Road,westwards for 5 metres.

*This latter place is for electric vehicles only and its location will be added to order 2) above within (and replacing) an area of 2 hour limited parking. Objections to the proposals and other representations specifying the grounds on which they are made maybe sent in writing to the address below (or via the web address above) by no later than 11 August 2017.The Council will consider objections and representations received in response to this Notice.They maybe disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public.
