Essex County Council (Various Roads, Basildon District) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic &Clearway) (No.5) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under DSection 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Basildon as specified in Schedule 1.
2. Atemporary 'No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closuretofacilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Stopping restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Various Roads, Basildon District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2008" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only.All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 01/08/2017 exact dates will be specified on http://roadworks.org/. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. (Mitchells Avenue, Canvey Island) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mitchells Avenue, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with small gains to its junction with High Street, a distance of approximately 114m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd August 2017 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2219525 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while installing zebra crossing works are undertaken by Essex County Council. (Works to be carried out between between 2000 -0500 hrs).
An alternative route is available via Mitchells Avenue, Dovervelt Road, Climmen Road, Central Wall Road,Elder Tree Road, High Street and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 13th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Rawreth Lane, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily suspend the left hand turn from Rawreth Lane to Hullbridge Road, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, a distance of approximately 52 m for HGVs only. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th August 2017 for 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0071000609719 -Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while major gas main replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route for HGVs is available via Hullbridge Road, Lower Road, Ashingdon road, West Street, Bradley Way Southend Road, Rochford Road, A127, A1245, Rawreth Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 13th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Tye Common Road, Billericay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic &Clearway) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Tye Common Road, Billericay in the District of Basildon, from its junction with London Road to its junction with Fairfield Road, adistance of approximately 384m.
2. A temporary 'No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above length of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Stopping restriction will be in force.
An alternative routes is Tye Common Road, Clock House Road, Laindon Common Road, A176 Noak Hill Road, A176 Southend road, Sun Street, A129 London Road, and vice versa. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Princes Avenue Thundersley in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Kings Park to its junction with Broadlands, adistance of approximately 246m.
2. A temporary 'No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Stopping restriction will be in force. An alternative route is Broadlands, Kings Park and vice versa. "The Essex County Council (Castle Point Borough) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. 2. Atemporary 'No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closuretofacilitate the works. (Church Street, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic &Clearway) &(London Hill, Rayleigh) (Suspension of One Way Traffic &Clearway) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Church Street, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with High Street to its junction with London Hill, adistance of approximately 33m.
2. To temporarily suspend the one way traffic restriction on London Hill, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford as detailed in the "Essex County Council (Various Streets, Rayleigh) (One-Way Traffic) (Variation) Order 1998.
3. A temporary 'No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Stopping restriction will be in force.
"The Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (County of Essex) (District of Rochford) Consolidation Order 2006" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th August 2017 for 2 Saturdays only (12/08/2017 & 19/08/2017), or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034770730 -UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new electrical service connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Hockley Road, Hambro Hill, Down Hall Road, London Road, London Hill and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 27th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
