(KNOWSLEY STREET, BOLTON) TEMPORARY ONE WAY TRAFFIC THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTIONS 14(1) AND 16(1) THE BOLTON (KNOWSLEY STREET, BOLTON) (TEMPORARY ONE WAY TRAFFIC) (NO.111) ORDER 2017 The Borough Council of Bolton intends to make an Order not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, the effect of which, being operative from 7th August 2017, will be to prohibit all vehicular traffic when travelling on Knowsley Street between Back Bark Street and St Georges Road, to proceed in anything other than a northerly direction. Alternative route will be via St Georges Road, Duke Street and Bark Street. The Order is necessary due to manhole repair works which will last for approximately 4 days and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
