APPLICATION FOR MARINE LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Buckingham Group Contracting Limited has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for amarine licence to undertake maintenance works to the RuncornViaduct. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Runcorn Library,Granville Street, Runcorn, WA71NE.
Copies of theapplication and associated information maybe viewed on line in the Public Registeratwww.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register.
Representations in respectof the application should ordinarily be made by:

However, we will alsoacceptrepresentations viathe following

Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne,
NE4 7YH In all cases,correspondence must: -Bereceivedwithin 28 days of the dateofthe first notice
(19th July2017); -Quote thecasereference; and -include an addresstowhich correspondence relating to the
representation or objection maybesent. TheMarine Management Organisation will passtothe applicant acopy of any objection or representation we receive.
