BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE BOLTON (PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO.151, BOLTON) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO. ) ORDER 2017

The Borough Council of Bolton intends to make an Order not less than seven days from the date of this Notice. The effect which will be operative from 26th July 2017 and will prohibit all pedestrian traffic from using Public Footpath No.151 Bolton commencing from Hereford Street; point A at grid reference SD 371847 410549 in a generally easterly direction to Waters Meeting Road; point B at grid reference SD 371934 410566 as shown by the bold black line on the Order plan 1Bol151 over a total distance of approximately 100 metres. An alternative route will be available commencing from Hereford Street; point A at grid reference SD 371847 410549 to Waters Meeting Road; point B at grid reference SD 371934 410566 as shown by the blue line with arrowheads on the Order plan 1Bol151. The Order is necessary to facilitate works for the construction of a new building and will continue for a period of 6 months or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. THE BOLTON (PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO.008 BLACKROD) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO.17) ORDER 2017 NOTICE OF EXTENSION
Notice is hereby given that the Secretary of State has approved the continuing in force of the above mentioned Order until the 2nd February 2018, or until the completion of the works. The Order is necessary to facilitate continuation of core railway engineering works for the construction of a new bridge. An alternative route is available commencing from public footpath Blackrod 010; point A at grid reference SD 364107 409585, then Blackrod 009, Bolton 288, Bolton 290, Bolton 293, Bolton 295, Bolton 296; point B at grid reference SD 363540 409391 as shown by the blue line with arrowheads on the Order plan 1Bla008.
