NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Premises:
The Avenue, Eagle Lane, Braccan Walk North to Union Square, Princess Square, area outside Princess Square adjacent to Stanley Walk, and The Deck, Bracknell

Notice is given that Bracknell Regeneration Partnership has applied to Bracknell Forest Borough Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed licensable activities are:-
Plays, films, live music, recorded music, performance of dance and sale of alcohol - Monday to Sunday 09:00 - 22:00

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, Bracknell Forest Council, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, RG12 1JD or by email to licensing@bracknell-forest.gov.uk.

Representations must be received by 8 August 2017 The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
