I Farhaan Ahmed Of Ash Peri Peri Chicken, 134 Bradshaw Gate, Bolton, BL2 1AY I have applied to Bolton Council for a new Premises License The relevant Licensing activities which it is intended to provide at the premises are: Late night refreshment (Non-Alcoholic): Sunday – Thursday: 18:00 – 04:00 Friday and Saturday: 18:00 – 04:00 Opening Times Sunday – Thursday: 18:00 – 04:00 Friday and Saturday: 18:00 – 04:00 The application may be inspected at Bolton Council Licensing Team, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive. Any 'Interested Party' or 'Responsible Authority' may make representations to the Council regarding the application during the period of 28 consecutive days starting with the day after the application was lodged with the Council, that day being 08th July 2017. The last day for representations to be made will therefore be 04th August 2017. All representations must be made in writing. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and on summary conviction is liable to a fine of £5,000.
