LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (CLEMENT STREET, ACCRINGTON, HYNDBURN BOROUGH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) (NO.2) ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council have made an Order under Section 14(1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic on the roads set out in this notice.

1. No person shall cause any motor vehicle or cycle to proceed over that length of Clement Street, Accrington from its junction with Belfield Road to its junction with Russell Street.
2. The prohibition will be operative daily between 0930 hours and 1500 hours on Monday 17th July 2017 until Thursday 17th August 2017 or until completion of the works within this period.
3. No diversion route but an extensive letter drop informing residents. Also extensive traffic management on site to help.
