Herefordshire Council Notice of Making

NOTICE is hereby giventhat Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, under its relevant powers, have made the U94421 Wyson Lane, Brimfield, Temporary Closure Order2017 to

temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the following road: U94421 Wyson Lane from the junction with Chantry Pitch to the junction with U94423 Hayfield Lane OS Grid Ref: 351914 / 267722. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the U94421 Salway Lane onto the A49 onto the U94419 Parrowfield Lane on to the U94421Chantry Pitch and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to essential tree cutting to keep powerlines clear and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 10th July 2017 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months,(unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 1day.
