NOTICE is hereby given that on 10 July 2017 a petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow Sheriff Court by Aberdeen City Council, Marischal College, Broad Street, Aberdeen AB10 1AB for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up ESTATE PROPERTIES INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (COMPANY NUMBER SC211848) having their registered office at 1353 Pollokshaws Road, Glasgow G41 3RG and to appoint an interim liquidator; in which petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 10 July 2017 appoints notice of the import of the petition and of this deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Herald newspaper; Ordains the said Estate Properties International Limited, and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation and advertisement; under certifications, all of which notice is hereby given.
