NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Bournemouth, in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004,has made temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic movement.
WHAT: Road closed to all motorised vehicles
WHERE &WHEN: Below are anticipated dates for rolling closures of roads at their junction with Charminster Road. Each will be closed one at atime for one week, as works progress.

1. West Way-between 24th July 2017 and 31 July 2017
2. Sutton Road andChigwell Road - between 7th August 2017 and 18th August 2017
3. Gresham Road and Mortimer road -between 14th August 2017 and 29th August 2017
4. Strouden Road and Strouden Avenue-between 21st August 2017 and 5th September2017

WHY: Gas works to relay mains and services along Charminster Road by JDT Utilities for SGN
ACCESS: Full emergency services access will be maintained, access to properties will remain depending on site safety. DIVERSION: Diversions will be via signed routes.

York Road Westbound Christchurch Road Service Road Closure - Development Works

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Bournemouth, in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004,has made temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below,tocontrol traffic movement.
WHAT &WHERE:
Road closed to all motorised vehicles
1. York Road (partial closure) - westbound lane from its junction with St Swithun's Road for a distance of approximately 50m to the entrance of the private car park on the southern side of York Road

2. Christchurch Road Service Road -section to northern side of Christchurch Road, from property No.18 for a distance of approximately 93 into St  Swithun'sRoundabout

* No waiting and loading/unloading at any time - suspension of limited wait parking bays and disabled bay on Christchurch Road Service Road from property No.18 to St Swithun'sRoundabout

* Footway closed to pedestrians at the above locations on York Road and Christchurch Road Service Road and also closed on St Swithun's Road adjacent to the development works

WHY: Developmentworks by MC Builders Dorset Ltd
WHEN: Closures/restrictions will be operational in phases during the period from 17th July 2017 to 30th September 2017.
ACCESS: Full emergency services access will be maintained, access to properties will remain depending on site safety.
DIVERSION: The diversion for York Road westbound traffic will be via St Swithun's Road South, Holdenhurst Road and Cotlands Road
