LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

To whom it may concern, take note that I, James Southey give notice that I have applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a new Premises Licence in respect of Lovebeer Brewery, 95 High Street, Milton OX14 4EJ).

The Licence will cover the "Off sales" of beers and ales produced at the brewery strictly by appointment only. The opening hours will be from 0900 to 1700 Monday to Friday and from 0900 to 1200 on Saturday. Closed Sunday.

Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, White Horse District Council, Licensing Team, 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Abingdon OX14 4SB before Tuesday 1 August 2017 and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

It is an offence knowinglyor recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
