COLESCO CONSULTING LIMITED Notice is hereby given that on 6 July 2017 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court on behalf of Colesco Consulting Limited (registration number SC541687), having its registered office address at c/o DWF LLP, 110 Queen Street, Glasgow G1 3HD (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia to order that the Company be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff of Glasgow & Strathkelvin at Glasgow by First Deliverance dated 6 July 2017 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, and, in the meantime, appointed Claire Louise Middlebrook, Middlebrooks Business Recovery and Advice, 13 Newton Place, Glasgow G3 7PR Provisional Liquidator of the Company; all of which notice is hereby given.
