(U22205 Banks Green, Upper Bentley)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to closethat part of U22205 Banks Green, Upper Bentley from its junction with C2045 Copyholt Lane to its junction with U22205 Manor Road in order to facilitate BT works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U22205 Manor Road, U22203 Black Lake Lane, U22202 Middle Lane, C2045 Copyholt Lane and vice versa.

(C2147 Cooksey Green Lane, Upton Warren)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2147 Cooksey Green Lane, Upton Warren from its junction with C2082 Elmbridge Lane to its junction with C2147 Purshull Green Road in order to facilitate carriageway works.

Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises frontingthe highwayaffected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2082 Elmbridge Lane, C2085 Crown Lane, C2083 Crutch Lane, C2083 Berry Lane, C2084 Berry Lane, U40402 Cooksey Green Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. (A38 Roman Way Roundabout, Droitwich Spa)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of A38 Roman Way (Roundabout), Droitwich Spa, and the slip roads from the A38 Roman Way (Roundabout) onto A38 Worcester Road, U41460 Addyes Way, B4090 Worcester Road, U41600 Celvestune Way and A38 Roman Way in order to facilitate full width resurfacing works. Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises frontingthe highwayaffected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. There are 4diversions that all connect into each other to allow drivers to navigate around the closed roundaboutviaasuitable road class diversion Diversion 1 -A449 Worcester Northern Link, A449 Claines Roundabout, Ombersley Road, A449 Main Road, A4133 Droitwich Road and A4133 Ombersley Road. Diversion 2 -A38 Roman Way, B4065 Bromsgrove Road, B4065 St Georges Square, U41530 Queen Street and Worcester Road.

Diversion 3 -U41600 Celvestune Way, U41600 Old Coach Road, B4090 Worcester Road A38 Roman Way.

Diversion 4 -B4090 Worcester Road, U41417 Primsland Way and U41460 Addyes Way.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3nights (7:30pm-5:00am) within a4 week period. Commencing: 10 July 2017.

Alternative routes: Diversion 1 -U41644 Stalls Farm Road, U41646 Nunnery Avenue, U41600 Old Coach Road, B4090 Worcester Road, B4090 Saltway, C2254 Ombersley Way. (Bromsgrove District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Oakdene Drive, Barnt Green]

On 29 June 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of road in Barnt Green:

OakdeneDrive (both sides) from apoint21 metres north ofits junction with Fiery

Hill Road for adistance of 67 metres in anortherly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil

enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will

contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited

waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 13 July2017.
