Application has been made by Marstons PLC to the Licensing Authority of  Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Gigmill at South Road Stourbridge, DY8 3UL.The application includes the following terms:-
1. Variation to change the internal and external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the
Licensing Authority - PO5I7/3762/0.1.
2. To enable the sale of alcohol and the provision of late night refreshment to the external areas as outlined on the deposited plan - PO517/3762/0.1.

Licensing Services, Unit 1, Hurst Business Park, Narrowboat Way, Brierley Hill,West Midlands, DY5 IUFA responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 28 July (www.dud-leygov.uk) is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
