NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS
(10.6/2/2 ALNE, HAMBLETON) ORDER 2017 NO 264 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council has made this Order subsequent to an Emergency Notice 2017 No 49 to prohibit any pedestrian from using the public footpath 10.6/2/2 Alne, in the District of Hambleton (between grid reference SE51806608 and SE51996611) for a temporary period of six months (subject to access to premises) between 10 July 2017 and 18 December 2017, due to contaminated discharge of water to be prevented by minor engineering works. The closure period will only applyas indicated bythe placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate.
