NOTICE OF VARIATION OF PARKING CHARGES
The Council in exercise of its powers under Sections 35C (Order 2008) and 46A (Order 2014) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and of all other enabling powers for the purpose of regulating their parking places within the City of Durham make the following variations to the respective on and off street parking place tariffs, the effects of which will all come into force on 28 July 2017:
