TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF CKD12 KINGSWOOD STROUD DISTRICT

NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council have made an Order to close temporarily under Sections 14, 15 anc 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) Public Footpath CKD12 in the Parish of Kingswood from its junction with the B4060 and running in a generally west north westerly direction for approximately 240 metres

The closure is necessary to allow construction works The Order will come into force on the 12th July 2017 and it is anticipated that the public right of way will close on that day until 11th January 2018. However should it be necessary to continue the closure for longer than this period the Order can authorise the closure for up to six months. After this date if the closure is still required it will be necessaryto applyto the Secretaryof State for an extension oftime. The alternative route is via Old Rectory Road, Charfield Road and Tyndale View and shown by a black dashed line on the order plan Date: 6th July 2017 Head of Legal Services I
