ST. HELENS BOROUGH COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF ST. HELENS (KESWICK ROAD) (ONE-WAY TRAFFIC) ORDER 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the St. Helens Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Sections 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the aforesaid Act, proposes to make an Order, the effect of which will be as described in the Schedule below.
SCHEDULE ONE-WAY TRAFFIC
KESWICK ROAD from its junction with CANTERBURY STREET to its junction with WOLSELEY ROAD
from south east to north west

A copy of the draft Order which includes a map showing the length of road affected, together with a Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at the Environmental and Trading Services Department, Traffic Engineering Section, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St. Helens between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Monday to Friday. Objections to the proposed Order must be made in writing to the undersigned to be received by no later than 3rd August 2017 specifying the grounds on which they are made.
