Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the aforementioned deceased, late of  Bradley House Nursing Home, Brooklands Crescent Sale M33 2NB formerly of Ngong Pendref Street, Newborough Llanfairpwllgwyngyll Wales LL61 6TB, who died on 23/11/2016, are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned Solicitors on or before 22/09/2017, after which date the Estate will be distributed having regards only to claims and interests of which they have had notice.
