THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) (PUBLIC FOOTPATH 16SA, BURY (HIGHER SPEN MOOR)) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any members of the public from proceeding along:-

Public Footpath 16SA, Bury (Higher Spen Moor) - between Public Footpath 12SA and Public Footpath 15SA. The reason for the proposed order is to enable building and construction works to be carried out. The alternative route will be via Public Footpath 117BUR Bolton Road, Bury & Bolton Road, Public Footpath 17SA and Public Footpath 12SA and vice versa. The Order comes into operation on Wednesday 19 July 2017 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 6 months.
