The Council have made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, operative from 20th July, 2017 its effect will be as follows: Additions: Prohibition of Driving Radcliffe Road - Northwest side of its junction with Bradford Street - From its north westerly junction with Bradford Street for a distance of 5 metres in north westerly direction Portugal Street – From its junction with Bradford Street in a north westerly direction for a distance of 5 metres One Way Traffic movement :– Radcliffe Road – Southeast side of its junction with Bradford Street -From the south easterly junction with Bradford Street in a south easterly direction for a distance of 15 metres. Permitted direction of travel North Westerly. Crawford Street – From its junction with the south easterly footway of Bradford Street for a distance of 20 metres in a south easterly direction. Permitted direction of travel North Westerly Prohibition of Right turn – Crawford Street into Bradford Street A copy of the Order, plans and statement of reasons may be viewed at Highways and Engineering Division, 3rd Floor, Paderborn House, Civic Centre, Bolton, during office hours. Anybody wishing to question the Order’s provisions or validity may, within 6 weeks from the 13th July, 2017 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
