ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 WOKINGHAM BOROUGH COUNCIL (BRIDGE 142, KINGSBRIDGE HILL SHINFIELD AND SWALLOWFIELD) (WIDTH RESTRICTION) ORDER 20XX
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Wokingham Borough Council as Traffic Authority proposes to make an Order under Sections 1 (1) (a) and (c), 2(1) (a) and (b), 2(2) (c) and 4 (2) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from waiting at any time along the length of road specified in the Schedule below.

Copies of the draft Order, Statement of Reasons and plan may be inspected at the offices of the Traffic, Transport and Road Safety Team, Neighbourhood Services Wokingham Borough Council, Shute End, Berkshire RG40 1WL between 9.00am and 5.00 pm, Mondays to Fridays. These documents are also available online at http://www.wokingham.gov.uk/consultations . Any objections to the proposal, together with grounds on which they are made, should be sent, in writing, to the Traffic, Transport and Road Safety Team, Neighbourhood Services, P.O. Box 153, Shute End, Wokingham, Berkshire, RG40 1WL or to traffic.mangement@wokingham.gov.uk by no later than the 6th August, 2017.
