ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 WOKINGHAM BOROUGH COUNCIL (B3348 FLEET HILL, B3348 THE VILLAGE -FINCHAMPSTEAD) (40MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 20XX

Take notice that Wokingham Borough Council as Traffic Authority proposes to make an Order under Section 84(1 )(a) and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which shall be to;

i) To introduce a 40mph speed limit by defining affected lengths of roads in Schedule I
ii) Revoke the following order; WOKINGHAM BOROUGH COUNCIL (THE VILLAGE AND FLEET HILL, FINCHAMPSTEAD) (50MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2007

Copies of the draft Order, Statement of Reasons and plan may be inspected at the offices of the Traffic and Road Safety Team, Neighbourhood Services at the address given below between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Mondays to Fridays. These documents are also available online at www.wokingham.gov.uk/consultations Any objections to the proposals, together with the grounds in which they are made, should be sent in writing to the Traffic and Road Safety Team, Neighbourhood Services, P.O. Box 153, Shute End, Wokingham, Berkshire, RG40 1WL or via e-mail to TM.consultations@wokingham.gov.uk by no later than the 6" August, 2017.
