Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 81, 82(2), 83(2), 84(1) and (2) and Parts III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, previously advertised as The Essex County Council (Star Lane, Road 1 & 2 at the former Star Lane Brickworks site, Great Wakering) (Restricted Road and 20mph Zone) Order 201*.
Effect of the order: To introduce a 30MPH by virtue of street lighting
on Star Lane, Great Wakering in the District of Rochford, From a
point approximately 149 metres south of its roundabout junction with
Southend Road, south for a distance of approximately 252 metres
(the road is currently national speed limit).
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on
7 July 2017.
Further details: A copy of the Order and plans may be examined during normal office hours at County Hall, Chelmsford CM1 1LX. Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose. (Southend Arterial Road Slip from A127 to A1245) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Southend Arterial Road slip road from A127 to A1245 in the District of Basildon, from Southend Arterial Road Slip Road From A127 To A130 Eastbound for a distance approximately 226m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th July 2017 for 2 nights, or where stated on a valid permit (EP20153032830 -Essex County Council) Works to be carried out between 21:00 and 05:00 hrs. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while Topographical Survey works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

(Southend Arterial Road Slip Road from A127 to A1245 Eastbound, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Southend Arterial Road Slip Road From A127 To A1245 Eastbound, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with A127 to the junction with A1245, a distance approximately 250 m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th July 2017 for 2 nights, or where stated on a valid permit (EP20153032815 - Essex County Council) (Works to be carried out between 21:00 and 05:00). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while Topographical Survey works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Southend Arterial Road Slip Road From A130 To A127 Westbound, North Benfleet in the District of Basildon, from Southend Arterial Road Slip Road From A130 To A127 Westbound for a distance approximately 200 metres in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th July 2017 for 2 nights, or where stated on a valid permit (EP20153032813 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/
or displayed on www.roadworks.org. Works are to be carried out between 21:00 and 05:00 hrs. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while Topographical Survey works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Arterial Road Slip Road From A1245 To A127 Eastbound, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with A1245 to its junction with A127, a distance of approximately 232 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th July 2017 for 2 nights, or where stated on a valid permit (EP20153032806 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while topographical survey works are undertaken by Essex County Council.(Works to take place between 21:00 and 05:00).

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Southend Arterial Road, Slip road A127 to Thundersley, Rayleigh (westbound) in the Borough of Castle Point from the junction with A127 to its junction with A1245, a distance of approximately 288 m in a westerly direction (Works to be carried out between 21:00 and 05:00). The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th July 2017 for 2 nights, or where stated on a valid permit (EP20153032810 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th July 2017 for 2 nights, or where stated on a valid permit (EP20153032812 - Essex County Council) Works are to be carried out between 21:00 to 05:00 hrs. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Arterial Road Slip Road From A1245 To A127 Eastbound, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from the junction with A1245 to the junction with A127, a distance of approximately 405 m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th July 2017 for 2 nights, or where stated on a valid permit (EP20153032807 - Essex County Council) Works to be carried out between 21:00 and 05:00 hrs. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. (Gardiners Lane South, Basildon) (Temporary 30mph Speed Limit) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 30 mph on the following length of Gardiners Lane South, Basildon in the District of Basildon, from its junction with Gardiners Close to its junction with Cranes Farm Road, a distance of approximately 184 m. (The road is currently 40MPH)
The speed limit is scheduled to commence on 24th July 2017 for 40 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0071000547573 -Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The temporary speed limit is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.
The existing 40MPH speed limit on Gardiners Lane South, as detailed in "The District of Basildon (Basildon, Billericay and Wickford) (Speed Limit and Restricted Roads Consolidation) Order 2000" will be temporarily suspended for the duration of the works. All other restrictions contained in the order shall continue in force. The Order will come into effect on 6th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Noak Hill Road, Billericay) (Temporary 30mph Speed Limit) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit on the following length of Noak Hill Road, Billericay in the Basildon District, from its junction with Church Street, for a distance of approximately 370m in a northerly direction. The speed limit is scheduled to commence on 24th July 2017 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (AZ0071000611769 - Cadent) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The temporary speed limit is required for the safety of the public and workforce whilst gas connection works are undertaken by Cadent.
The existing 50mph speed limit on Noak Hill Road, Billericay, as detailed in "The District of Basildon (Basildon, Billericay and Wickford) (Speed limit and restricted roads consolidation) Order 2000" will be temporarily suspended for the duration of the works. All other restrictions contained in the order shall continue in force. The Order will come into effect on 20th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
