BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL (A3095 RACKSTRAW ROAD, SANDHURST TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2017

Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council intends to make an Order, in accordance with Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in any direction along the A3095 Rackstraw Road between its roundabout junctions with Magdalene Road and Abingdon Road/Acacia Avenue. The alternative route for this closure is via A321 Marshall Road, A30 London Road, A322 Bracknell Road, A322 Bagshot Road, B3430 Nine Mile Ride and Forresters Way, or this route reversed.

The purpose of this Order is to enable works to be executed on the highway namely carriageway re­surfacing works.
The proposed Order will come into operation on the 31st July 2017 and its maximum duration will be 6 months or until the completion of the works whichever shall be the earlier. It is currently programmed that the closure will be in place overnight (20.00 - 06.00) between 31st July and 18th August 2017.
