BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL (CHURCH STREET, CROWTHORNE) [TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2017

Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council has made an Order, in accordance with Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in any direction along the Church Street between its junctions with Waterloo Road and High Street (Crowthorne). The alternative route for this closure is via High Street (Crowthorne), B3430 Dukes Ride, and Waterloo Road, or this route reversed. The purpose of this Order is to enable works to be executed on the overhead footbridge namely foul sewer connection works. The Order was made on 10th July 2017, will come into operation on the 17th July 2017 and its maximum duration will be 6 months or until the completion of the works whichever shall be the earlier. It is currently programmed that the closure will be in place from 17th July 2017 for 5 days. This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road.
