LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises:- Syngenta Jealott's Hill Research Station Jealotfs Hill Warheld, Bracknell RG42 6EY

Notice is given thst Syngenta has applied to Bracknell Forest Borough Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed licensable activities are:
Provision of alcohol at designated events held between the hours of 12 noon and 10pm Monday to Saturday.
Provision of live and recorded music at designated events held between the hours of 8am and 10pm Monday to Saturday.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice In writing to: Licensing Team, Bracknell Forest Council, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, RG12 1JD or by email to licensing@bracknell-forest.gov.uk. Representations must be received by 2nd August 2017. The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address. It Is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement In connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
