Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(A38 Sansome Walk, Worcester)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of A38 Sansome Walk, Worcester from a point 20 metres either side of the railway bridge level crossing in order to facilitate essential repairs and maintenance works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A38 Sansome Walk,A38 City Walls Road, A44 College Street, A44 Deansway, A44 Bridge Street, A44 Worcester Bridge, A44 North Parade, A44 North Quay, A449 Croft Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 nights Commencing: 6 July 2017.
(C2228 Pard House Lane/Shelsley Beauchamp)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of C2228 Pard House Lane/Shelsley Beauchamp from its junction with B4203 Stanford Bridge to its junction with C2229 Shelsley Beauchamp in order to facilitate carriageway pre-surfacing works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2228 Shelsley Beauchamp, C2026 Shelsley Walsh, C2026 Stanford Bridge, B4203 Stanford Bridge and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing:
10 July 2017.
(B4482 Bilford Road, Worcester)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Proposed Order: to close that part of B4482 Bilford Road, Worcester from its
junction with Kingston Avenue to its junction with Wordsworth Avenue in order to facilitate carriageway surfacing works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route - Southbound Diversion only: B4482 Bilford Road, B4550 Astwood Road, B4550 Rainbow Hill, B4205 Lowesmoor Terrace, B4205 Pheasant Street, B4205 George Street, B4205 St Martins Gate, A38 City Wall Road, A38 St Nicholas Street, A38 The Foregate, A38 Foregate Street, A38 The Tything, A38 Upper Tything, A38 Barbourne Road andA38 Droitwich Road. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (within a 2 week period). Commencing: 27 July 2017.
(A4440 Swinesherd Way, Whittington, Worcester)(Temporary 40 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2017
Proposed Order: to impose a temporary 40 mph speed limit on that part of A4440 Swinesherd Way, Whittington, Worcester, from its junction with the roundabout at U52048 Wildwood Drive to the roundabout at A44 Whittington in order to facilitate
telecoms ducts works. Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days. Commencing: 31 July 2017
(B4485 Bransford Road, Worcester)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Proposed Order: to close that part of B4485 Bransford Road, Worcester from its
junction with B4206 St Johns to its junction with Watery Lane in order to facilitate carriageway works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Watery Lane, A44 Bromyard Road, B4206 St Johns and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing:
2 August 2017.
(Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Camp Hill Road and Elmfield Gardens, Worcester]
On 22 June 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of
which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Worcester:
Camp Hill Road (west side) from a point 17.7 metres south of its junction with London Road for a distance of 1.3 metres in a southerly direction; (east side) from a point 17.7 metres south of its junction with London Road for a distance of 56 metres in a southerly direction. Elmfield Gardens (both sides) from its junction with Camp Hill Road for a distance of 5 metres in an easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will
contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited
waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 13 July 2017.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Worcester City Council, Customer Service Centre, The Hive,
Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester, WR1 3PB and County Hall, Spetchley Road,
Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to impose prohibition of waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Worcester-Newport Street (north side) from its junction with North Parade for a distance of 67.4 metres in an easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited
waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to
make the Order may be inspected at Worcester City Council, Customer Service Centre, The Hive, Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester, WR1 3PB, and County Hall,
Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Any objections/ representations you may have must be sent in writing to me at County Hall or email roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.ukto be received by 3 August 2017.
(Farrier Street, Worcester)(Temporary Closure) Order 2016
Order made: to close that part of Farrier Street, Worcester from its junction with
B4205 Shaw Street to its junction with A449 Castle Street in order to facilitate Western Power works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Northbound Diversion - B4205 Shaw Street, A38 Foregate Street, A449 Castle Street. Southbound Diversion: A449 Castle Street, A449 Croft Road, A44 Dolday, B4205 The Butts, B4205 Shaw Street.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 6 days: Commencing:
6 July 2017.
